Our sweet dessert pizza, and it's a doozy! We start with our dough sprinkled with cinnamon sugar, a layer of apple pie filling, and a generous helping of homemade cinnamon crisp made with real butter. After cooking, we add a drizzle of caramel. Give this sweet pie a try!

Everybody's favorite! We start with a Classic San Marzano Tomato base, shredded Mozzarella/Provolone, Italian sausage, and classic pepperoni. Then we add fresh-cut green bell peppers and sweet red onions. After cooking, we sprinkle on fresh-grated Asiago for the perfect finish. (Sorry, no changes or substitutions on this pizza. Please use Build Your Own if you'd prefer different toppings.)

The most "real" Italian pizza you can get! We start with a classic San Marzano tomato base, fresh grated Asiago, chunky-cut whole milk Mozzarella, and olive oil. After cooking, we add our home-grown Genovese basil and a sprinkle of more fresh Asiago. Eat it "folded" for the most authentic Italian experience possible!

A culinary masterpiece! We start with an Alabama White Sauce base, shredded Mozzarella/Provolone, grilled chicken breast, and caramelized sweet onions. Halfway through cooking we add blue cheese crumbles. Once it's out, we drizzle the whole thing with Frank's Red Hot.

Do you LOVE Pepperoni? This is the pizza for you! We start with a classic San Marzano tomato base, shredded Mozzarella/Provolone, and THREE different types of pepperoni: classic, cupping, and diced. After cooking, we sprinkle on fresh grated Asiago for the perfect finish.

Love bacon? Who doesn't!?!? We start with an Alabama White Sauce base, shredded Mozzarella/Provolone, smoky Applewood Smoked Bacon chunks, and sweet red onions. Halfway through cooking we sprinkle on blue cheese crumbles for an amazing taste combination.

Aloha! It's the famous (or infamous) sweet and savory Hawaiian pizza! Your choice of base: Classic San Marzano Tomato, Ranch, BBQ, or add some kick with Alabama White Sauce. We add shredded Mozzarella/Provolone, Ham, Applewood Smoked Bacon, and pineapple for a mix of sweet and slightly salty goodness. This one is Ono (delicious)!

A taste explosion! We start with a Garlic Parmesan base instead of tomatoes, shredded Mozzarella/Provolone, grilled chicken, a sprinkling of Applewood Smoked Bacon, and a bit of shredded sharp cheddar. After cooking, we drizzle on more garlic parmesan sauce. Add blue cheese and/or mini Portabella mushrooms to take it over the top!

Carnivores unite! We start with a Classic San Marzano Tomato base and shredded Mozzarella/Provolone. Then we load it up with Pepperoni, Sausage, Meatball Slices, and Applewood Smoked Bacon. After cooking, we sprinkle on fresh grated Asiago. Want to spice it up? Add Frank's Red Hot and/or Jalapeños!

Tangy and smoky, this pizza is sure to please! We start with a Ranch dressing base, shredded Mozzarella/Provolone, grilled chicken breast, and chunks of smoky Applewood Smoked Bacon. After cooking, we drizzle on more Ranch for the perfect finish.

Our take on the Veggie pizza! We start with a Classic San Marzano Tomato base, shredded Mozzarella/Provolone, mini Portabella mushrooms, green bell peppers, and sweet red onions. Want it spicy? Add Frank's Red Hot and/or jalapeño peppers! (True vegetarians, please note: we cook everything in one small truck, so we can't guarantee this pizza stays 100% meat-free.)

It'sa me, the Spicy Meatball! We start with a Classic San Marzano Tomato base, shredded Mozzarella/Provolone, meatball slices, and jalapeños. After cooking, we drizzle on Frank's Red Hot. Now THAT'SA Spicy Meatball! Don't want it quite so spicy? Feel free to remove the Red Hot and/or jalapeños!
